Case Studies
Every engagement we take on ends with a running system. Below are four representative projects across healthcare, agriculture, and manufacturing, described without client names at their request.
Healthcare · Agriculture · Manufacturing
A multi-site hospital network was producing operational reports manually, pulling from Epic, a LabTech instance, and a billing system that did not talk to either. Finance and clinical operations were working from different numbers. The weekly report took four days to produce and was out of date by the time it reached leadership.
What we built
Result
Reporting lag from four days to four hours. Finance and clinical operations running from the same source of truth for the first time.
A large grain and oilseed operation had IoT sensors logging data locally on farm equipment across multiple sites. Data was not backed up to the cloud, there was no cross-farm visibility, and equipment failures meant permanent data loss. The operations manager had no real-time view of what was happening across the portfolio.
What we built
Result
Operations team has real-time cross-farm visibility. Data loss from equipment failures eliminated. Client IT team operates and extends the infrastructure independently.
An industrial component manufacturer had a corporate website built six years earlier on a platform nobody on their current team could update. The product catalog was managed in spreadsheets shared by email. Sales teams were directing customers to pages showing discontinued products and incorrect specifications.
What we built
Result
Operations team manages all content independently. Product catalog accurate and live. Product pages indexed in search for the first time in the company's history.
A healthcare IT team had accumulated an AWS environment over several years that had never been audited for HIPAA compliance. PHI was stored in unencrypted S3 buckets, CloudTrail was disabled, IAM roles were broadly permissive, and there were no runbooks for the on-call team. An upcoming audit had created urgency.
What we built
Result
Passed the HIPAA compliance audit conducted three months after handover. Client IT team operates the infrastructure independently using the Terraform state and documentation we delivered.
MAP Alloys, an IATF 16949 certified aluminium die-casting foundry supplying brake-system components to tier-1 automotive customers, was heading into an export push with a web presence that did not match the calibre of its customer list: an outdated capability deck, phone-quality photography, and no brand guidelines. Leads come through networking, so the site's job was credibility in export conversations, on a deliberately tight budget.
What we built
Result
A credibility site export conversations can stand on, shipped in six weeks by one design engineer. Live at mapalloys.com. Sanity CMS and a structured SEO programme are scoped as phase two.
Global Health Opulence, a premium medical-tourism operator connecting patients with hospitals abroad, was working against a brochure-style site the team could not update without a developer. There was no on-site search, no adaptation to where a visitor was travelling from, and the catalogue of treatments, hospitals, and doctors lived in documents and spreadsheets rather than anything the website could query.
What we built
Result
A platform the operations team runs end to end, with AI-guided search and location-aware cost framing that meet patients at their actual intent. Server-rendered for the SEO and paid-traffic performance the business depends on. Live at globalhealthopulence.com and expanding.
